Diane is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master of Education Degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas. With over 30 years of experience, Diane has worked in a variety of settings including telehealth, outpatient and inpatient residential care, and leadership, managing teams of therapists. Diane is deeply committed to collaborating with clients on their therapeutic journey, providing guidance toward developing coping skills, a more positive outlook, and a sense of self-worth through compassion, listening, and acceptance, reflecting her strong belief in the healing experience of sharing our authentic selves with another supportive and non-judgmental person.
Diane works with adults to address anxiety, depression, grief and loss including loss of a pet, self-esteem/confidence, social anxiety, women’s empowerment, codependency, life transitions, family members of loved ones struggling with substance/alcohol use, work/life issues, and relationship issues. Diane tailors an integrated, person-centered, holistic approach suited for each person’s unique presentation and goals. She is proficient in cognitive behavioral, schema, and faith-based approaches to increase one’s self-awareness, self-acceptance, and healing.
