Eileen Quinn LCDC, LPC

Eileen is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with 10 years’ experience in Behavioral Health Care and Mental Health Treatment. Eileen specializes in the treatment of disordered eating and body image concerns, addiction (both process and substance-related), mood and anxiety disorders, and impulsivity/ ADHD. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy along with person-centered techniques and motivational interviewing to help individuals make  positive changes in their lives.

Eileen is passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate life transitions while enhancing self-esteem, self-efficacy, and autonomy. She also enjoys working with adults of all ages in the aforementioned specialty areas utilizing interventions such as assertiveness training, behavioral activation, and cognitive restructuring. Eileen’s goal is to work with you to see life’s challenges in a new way by modifying old beliefs and perspectives while developing new habits that promote wellbeing and fulfillment.
